Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure that stays boring.

Ship on Friday. Sleep on Saturday.

Good infrastructure is invisible. Deploys happen many times a day without a meeting, a bad release rolls back in seconds, and nobody gets paged at 3 am because a disk filled up. We build that platform for you on AWS, GCP, Azure or your own servers: Kubernetes where it earns its keep, simpler containers where it doesn't.

How we think about it

Built around how the work really flows.

Everything is code. Terraform for infrastructure, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI for pipelines, Helm or Argo CD for deployments, Prometheus and Grafana for observability. We also take on the unglamorous parts: migrating off a legacy host, right-sizing a cloud bill, and running the platform for you on a retainer if you'd rather not hire for it.

DevOps and cloud engineering: Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability and cost control. We set up the platform your software runs on so releases are routine, outages are rare, and the cloud bill makes sense.

What we build into it

  • Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, k3s) and container platforms
  • CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and rollbacks
  • Infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm
  • Monitoring, logging, alerting and cloud cost optimisation

How we build it

Four ones. Zero theatre.

One hour to reply, one day to blueprint, one week to prototype, one month to ship. Every devops & cloud engagement starts in this shape.

  1. I
    Within the hour

A real person reads your note.

The engineers who will build it are the ones who reply. No forms routing to forms.

  2. II
    Within the day

We sketch the system out loud.

A short conversation and a one-page blueprint of what we think you actually need.

  3. III
    Within the week

    Something you can touch.

A working prototype, not a Figma file. Your team presses the buttons and we adjust.

  4. IV
    Within the month

    Live. Quietly.

First version in production, your team has the keys, and we are still on Slack.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do we actually need Kubernetes?

Often not, and we will say so. Kubernetes pays off when you run many services, need autoscaling or have compliance requirements. For a lot of teams a well-built container setup on a managed platform is cheaper and simpler. We recommend the smallest thing that works.

Can you set up CI/CD for our existing codebase?

Yes. We add automated builds, tests, previews and one-click (or fully automatic) deployments to your current repository, with rollbacks and environment promotion, without rewriting your application.

Can you manage our infrastructure on an ongoing basis?

Yes. Many clients keep us on a monthly retainer for upgrades, patching, on-call, cost reviews and scaling work, so they get a platform team without hiring one.
