About Diorbit

A software studio for businesses that care.

Diorbit is a small studio of engineers and designers who build the operating systems behind hotels, travel brands, property firms and the businesses that care about how they run. We ship calm software. We stay after launch. That is the whole pitch.

We don’t hand off. The person who shipped the first version is the one who answers the email six months later.

A principle, not a tagline
What we believe

Four convictions we don't bend on.

These aren't taglines. They're the reasons every project converges on the same shape, no matter the industry.

Software should disappear.

The best systems are the ones the team forgets are there. They don't celebrate themselves. They just hold the work up.

Map first, ship second.

A Tuesday morning in your business is more useful than any requirements document. We sit with the floor before we open a code editor.

Built by the people who'll fix it.

We don't hand off. The person who shipped the first version is the one who answers the email six months later.

Honest about scope.

We will tell you what we can do in a month and what we can't. We would rather lose the work than over-promise it.

How we work

Small team. Direct hands.

No account managers, no proxy conversations. You talk to the people who are actually building the thing. When you have a question, the answer is one Slack message and a thirty-second response away, not a ticket and a four-day wait.

See what that gets you
  1. I
    Within the hour

A real person reads your note.

  2. II
    Within the day

We sketch the system out loud.

  3. III
    Within the week

    Something you can touch.

  4. IV
    Within the month

    Live. Quietly.

The story so far

Built one project at a time.

2025

An idea over chai.

Two friends from engineering and design start sketching the studio they wished existed for the businesses they'd seen.

2025

First systems live.

Hotel Devi Kripa goes live with a real operations app. Vaasu Realty's property suite ships seven modules over the year.

2026

Diorbit, registered.

The studio becomes Diorbit Technologies LLP. Cerebro CRM moves from internal tool to product. Vrindha World and Muscle Blessing go live.

Now

Building, quietly.

Five live products. Working with operators who care about how the day runs.

The people

Two founders. Direct line.

When you email Diorbit, one of the two of us reads it. No layers. Decisions about your project are made by the people who will build it.

01

Reena Choudhary

Founder

Drives the vision and the early conversations with every client. Believes the right system is the one nobody on the floor complains about.

02

Monika Agarwal

Co-founder

Leads engineering and architecture. Every Diorbit codebase has gone through her hands before it ships.

Questions people ask

Diorbit, plainly.

What is Diorbit.com?

Diorbit.com is the website of Diorbit Technologies LLP, a software studio registered in India. We design and build operational software — hotel operations platforms, property management systems, travel websites, CRM software and commerce storefronts — for businesses that care about how they run.

What does Diorbit Technologies do?

We build custom operational platforms: hotel management apps, property and real-estate management suites, travel platforms, Cerebro CRM, e-commerce storefronts and internal tools. Every system is designed around how the client's team actually works, and we stay on after launch.

Where is Diorbit Technologies located?

Diorbit Technologies LLP is based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, with a team presence in Noida (Sector 62). We work with clients across India and globally.

Is Diorbit the same as D-Orbit, the space company?

No. D-Orbit is an Italian space logistics company. Diorbit Technologies LLP is an independent Indian software studio founded in 2025 by Reena Choudhary and Monika Agarwal — the two are unrelated.

Let's talk

Got a system worth building?

Thirty minutes, no slides, no obligation. We will listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
