Vaasu Realty
Seven modules, one suite.
Vaasu Realty was running a growing residential portfolio out of spreadsheets, ledgers and WhatsApp groups. Accounts on one tab, bookings on another, commissions on someone's laptop. They needed a system that matched how they already worked, not a piece of enterprise software that asked them to start over.

Before we touched a screen.
Operations were genuinely scattered. Properties lived in spreadsheets. Bookings were on paper. Commissions were calculated by hand and double-checked across messages. The team knew what they were doing — they just couldn't see it all in one place, and that meant nothing scaled.
Four steps, told plainly.
- 01
Mapped the seven core flows: accounts, colonies, properties, customers, bookings, staff, commissions.
- 02
Built each module to stand on its own first, then stitched them with a shared identity and audit layer so they read as one product.
- 03
Mirrored the existing ledger format inside the accounts module, so the bookkeeper didn't have to learn anything new.
- 04
Set up an in-product training mode for the rest of the team, so onboarding didn't require us being on a call.
What changed, in the end.
The whole stack now runs through one system the team picks up without training. Bookings flow into the ledger automatically. Commissions are calculated and settled inside the suite. The owner sees the business in one view for the first time.
