Careers

Build with us, quietly.

We hire slowly and deliberately. Small team, direct hands, honest scope. If you care about how the work gets made and not just how it looks on the slide, you're in the right place.

Why work here

Four things we don't compromise on.

01

Direct hands.

No layers. No proxies. The person building the thing is the person you talk to about it. We do not hire account managers.

02

Small team. High ownership.

Every role here is a function someone owns end to end. You will not be one of seventeen people on a roadmap meeting.

03

Built to be used.

We measure ourselves on whether the team on the floor opens the software in the morning. Adoption is the only KPI that counts.

04

Honest about scope.

We will tell you what we can deliver in a month and what we cannot. We would rather lose work than over-promise it.

How we hire

Four steps. No surprises.

Two to three weeks from first email to offer, if both sides want to keep going. No take-home assignments without pay. No ghosting.

I
Apply

Send your resume and one paragraph about you. A real person reads every application, usually inside three working days.

II
Intro call

Thirty minutes with one of the founders. No whiteboard. We talk about what you're looking for and what we're trying to build.

III
Paid trial task

A small real piece of work, paid at market rates. Usually a week. Lets you see how we work and us see how you think.

IV
Founders call & offer

If the trial goes well, you meet both founders. Offer follows the same week. We move fast on the right people.

Don't see your role

Write to us anyway.

If you think you would be a good fit and there's no listing that matches, send a note. We keep a folder of people we'd like to hire when the time comes — designers, engineers, writers, operators. A real person reads every application.

Or just email info@diorbit.com with your resume.

Not hiring?

Maybe we should be working together.

If you have a system worth building, tell us about it. We work with operators who care about how the day runs.
