Cerebro CRM

A CRM built by builders.

Cerebro is what we run our own studio on. We built it because every CRM we tried treated the pipeline like a spreadsheet with conditional formatting and the team like a feature. We wanted something that respected how a sales conversation actually moves, and how a small team actually keeps track of each other.

The challenge

Before we touched a screen.

Most CRMs ask you to bend the team to the tool. The people who pay for it never use it, the people who use it never see the value, and the data quietly degrades because nobody trusts it. We wanted a tool the team would actually open in the morning.

How we approached it

Four steps, told plainly.

  1. 01

Designed the deal board around stage transitions, not data entry. The board nudges, the team responds.

  2. 02

Built a single contact spine: every conversation, every project, every payment hangs off the same record.

  3. 03

Wove productivity tracking through the work as a side-effect of doing it, not as a separate ritual.

  4. 04

Built admin and IC views as the same product, not two products glued together.

The result

What changed, in the end.

Cerebro runs Diorbit. It's the dashboard we look at when we wake up. We're now shipping it to other small teams that want a CRM they don't have to apologise for.
